Haka Homes also offer a bespoke property management service. This service can be for homeowners, investors or landlords who require a tailored management program for primary or secondary residences. Offering daily, weekly or monthly inspections. Adhoc visits can also be requested outside the property inspection schedule agreed. Some of our clients request their property to be checked frequently if they are absent from the country for long periods of time. Knowing that your home is physically checked by your property manager ensures there no unexpected issues upon return.
You will have one point of contact at all times, your property manager, who can schedule planned preventative maintenance and also be able to manage any reactive property issues that may arise in an emergency. Haka Homes will offer a monthly update on your residence, and arrange contractors to carry out works where necessary, once agreed with yourselves via a quotation. We will liaise with all third parties, contractors and suppliers and make payment to the aforementioned and offer complete discretion and transparency throughout.
We can also arrange for refresh projects outside of the agreed schedule, liaise with all parties, prepare a quotation for works, and upon your agreement proceed and run the project until completion.
